Be part of a friendly, intimate group of four like-minded people who have an appetite for positive change. Enjoy a calming home space, on a your personalised journey, lighting up the winter months. Together we will be exploring your dreams and ideas and planting your seeds for the future months and years to come.

The sessions will include coaching and wellness approaches. We will play with the restorative and beautiful energy of elementas Tai Chi/Chi Kung, We will try out calming relaxations and compassion focused meditations. You will be supported and together we will learn simple, practical new ways to be, preparing for spring.The Glass House
