I will help you to create opportunities so you can confidently talk to your staff and teams about their wellbeing at work. Through sessions and coaching we share ideas and tools on resilience and wellness. Offering practical techniques to manage stress and pressure better.

I understand business, with over 30 years of experience across sectors and management roles, including manufacturing, economic development, design, arts and culture, and organisational development. This breadth of insight means I get the real practical challenges workplaces face and how culture, people, and context shape wellbeing.

Alongside this lived experience, I offer expertise with a Management degree, a MSc in Mindfulness (University of Aberdeen). My innovative research focused on adapting Mindful Compassion leadership coaching for greater for wellness and resilience in business. A senior ILM Level 7 Executive Coach & Mentor, a HeartMath-certified coach, and a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher, I offer a you a safe pair of hands.

Every programme I design and deliver is research-informed and practical. My approach is evidence-based and deeply human.
