More dates coming soon, lunch time and evening

Men’s Health Week and Movember remind us that the men in our lives matter, and if so do you. But wellbeing is not just for one week or month; it matters every day. Over the coming months, I will be offering grounded, supportive spaces for men to pause, reset and reconnect with what matters. Whether you are navigating pressure at work, carrying a lot at home, living with illness or simply running on empty, you are welcome. Nothing to prepare and nothing to prove, just come as you are. Mindfulness is not about emptying the mind. It is about noticing your inner ‘weather’, the tension you are carrying, the thoughts running on a loop and what may have been pushed aside… with curiosity rather than judgement. This moment of noticing creates space to respond with greater kindness, self-care and resilience. It is often where change begins.

Drawing on the three elements of self-leadership – mindfulness, self-kindness, and common humanity, I help men build a quieter, more grounded relationship with themselves. Not to make them softer. To make them steadier. This brings wellness.

Option Three · Men: Live Well, Work Well – Monthly Forum (By Invitation)
For those already committed to the wellness path for themselves and others. A trusted space to return to, month after month. For men I have had the privilege of working with, I am launching a confidential monthly small-group coaching forum. A space to meet with a like-minded group of men – to share, reflect and support one another through the realities of work, leadership, business and life. It runs monthly, builds gently over time, and offers the kind of quiet accountability that turns good intentions into real change. Showing up each month — to the same men, the same space — builds something that a single session never can. You begin to notice patterns in yourself. Others begin to notice them too, and reflect them back with honesty and care. The first session launches during Men’s Health Week – Wednesday or Thursday 18 June, 6.00–7.15pm. This forum is offered by personal invitation. If you’ve received an invitation and would like to find out more, I’d love to hear from you or check out https://elementascoaching.com/men-live-work-well/ .
Why This Matters
As a Men’s Health Forum Champion and someone whose Master’s research focused on men’s health and wellbeing in business, I know the statistics, and they are stark. One in five men dies before the age of 65. Four in five suicides are by men. Disconnection and isolation have a measurable impact on physical health. But I also know what’s possible when men are given a real, human space to pause and connect. The ripple effect is extraordinary — on their health, their relationships, and the people around them. Wellness is not a destination. It is something you return to, again and again, with a little more skill and a little more self-understanding each time. That is what these sessions, experiences and the monthly forum are here to support you.
In practice, this might mean learning to zoom out when you’re overwhelmed, so you can see the bigger picture. Or zooming in with honesty on a decision you’ve been avoiding. It might mean recognising that what you’re feeling, the pressure, the uncertainty, the exhaustion, is not a personal failing. It is part of being human. And it can be met, gently and practically, with tools that actually work in real life. We build on what is good, big and small through simple appreciation practices.
This approach is rooted in scientific evidence and my experience of working with men in industry and growing up as the daughter of a traditional, northern builder! My Master’s research helped me explore mindful compassion in men’s health and business contexts. I tested practical tools to pause, reflect and build wellness through self-care. The findings are clear: when men are given a safe space to reflect and reconnect, with themselves and with others, wellbeing improves, decisions sharpen, and resilience deepens.
