Mahatma Gandi’s words ring so true, but how do we change these habitual habits, tendencies and ways of operating? Remember our strategies for getting what we want may well have served us well in the past. They may have helped us in our relationships or to get that work promotion. But these strategies can stop working as well, or suit us. We may need to do something different.
