Learning Mindfulness from the experts at the Natural Setting of Samye Ling

After a lovely weekend I am very much looking forward to this weekend’s Mindfulness Association Summer Conferencekatmanda in the amazingly peaceful natural setting of Samye Ling in Scotland.

Samye Ling was the first Tibetan Buddhist Centre to have been established in the West. Founded in 1967 the Centre is located in a peaceful valley on the banks of the river Esk in Scotland.

I hope to gain both learning and understanding from the experts to share with others personally, in coaching and with organisations. Be that about “Compassion Focused Leadership” or “Exploring Preference and the Observing Mind” yes please!

And getting to listen to/ meet the inspiring author Rick Hanson in person in Scotland. Yes Living the Life I Love. I have deep gratitude.
