Lou’s Background and Experience
I have been coaching and mentoring over 10yrs. A member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) qualitified to Coaching Levels 3 & 5 and Level 7 Executive Coaching at Cumbria University.
A Mindfulness, Compassion and Insights Practitioner, I have been a member of the Mindfulness Association for over 4yrs. I am currently studying part-time for a MSc Studies in Mindfulness with Aberdeen University. I have a keen interest in relaxation and energy techniques and I as a qualified Tai Chi and Chi Kung Teacher. I am a certified NLP practitioner.
I am a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Association.
