Self-Leadership Compassionate Coaching Circle

A reflective and empowering space for women who lead, care, and create.

A gentle, grounding space for women ready to reconnect with themselves.

Spring/ Summer Cohort II places now open

There are seasons in our lives when something inside whispers,

“I’m ready for a different way.”

Perhaps you’ve been caring for others in many directions – at work, at home, in relationships – and somewhere along the way, your own needs slipped quietly to the background.

Or maybe you’re sensing a tender pull toward more clarity, steadiness, and self-kindness in the way you lead your life.

If any of this resonates, this circle may be a gentle place to land.

A Warm, Grounded Space for Women

The Women’s Self-Leadership Circle is a small, nurturing community for women who want to strengthen their inner leadership – becoming more grounded, joyful, confident, and balanced while connecting to their own light.

Growing both their Tender and Fierce compassion; the soft, inner care and the courageous outer action that helps us live with intention.

Together, we explore how to meet ourselves kindly…

and how to move through the world with clarity, courage, and authenticity.

No pressure.

No performance.

Just a steady space to breathe, reflect, and grow.

Yin & Yang Self-Leadership

In this circle, we gently explore how Tender and Fierce compassion can support us, both inwardly and outwardly, in our daily lives. Self-leadership invites a balance between inward reflection and purposeful action – the two expressions of self-compassion. Tender + Fierce Compassion.

A balanced way of leading yourself

Just as the seasons shift between softness and strength, we, too, move between different kinds of compassion.

Tender compassion supports the inner world – your thoughts, emotions, sensations, and the parts of you that long to be met with gentleness.

Fierce compassion supports your outer world – the part of you that protects your boundaries, speaks your truth, and takes courageous, aligned action.

Both are essential.

Both are welcome.

And together, they create the kind of self-leadership that feels grounded, steady, and deeply authentic.

Both Tender and Fierce compassion – the soft, inner care and the courageous outer action that helps us live with intention.

Imagine Leading with Ease and Integrity

Women of all ages and cultures coming together in a circle to collaborate on a new project and grow together Women in business. entrepreneurs

“I step into the role of CEO of my life and business with ease…Because when you do, that is when the Universe and all your desires start to follow.”

Lesley Stonier -The Empowered Woman

And when like-minded women gather in a circle, something powerful and beautiful happens. We light up our own path and create a safe space to illuminate the way for each other.

According to Forbes (2024), leaders who master self-leadership bring greater clarity, resilience, and authenticity to their leadership of others.

With clients, I’ve seen something more – something magical: compassion awakens a powerful, distinguishing edge that deepens resilience, well-being, and trust. When we lead with compassion -for ourselves and others – we build authenticity and sustainable influence. The imposter syndrome (the inner critical voice) loosens its sticky grip and power!

Imagine stepping into a more genuine way of being – one that lets you let go of striving, over-giving, and self-doubt. A way of leading that honours your intuition, aligns with your values, and creates clarity around your boundaries.

To lead with compassion is to balance strength and softness. It means saying “no” with confidence, “yes” with conviction, and knowing that both are valued. This is where authentic self-leadership begins.

The Foundation of Self-Leadership

“Compassion involves the recognition of suffering, adds warm-heartedness to empathy and includes the move to reduce suffering if possible. Self-compassion is when we apply that attitude and feeling to ourselves.”

Dr Hanson (2023) Author of Resilience and Foundations of Wellbeing Training

When compassion becomes the foundation of how we lead, something powerful unfolds. This circle and coaching will help you strengthen your leadership and inner voice so you can lead with clarity, openness, and courage, especially in uncertain times. Empathy helps us connect; compassion takes it further – it’s empathy in action, grounded in care and wise response.
