Wellness includes: mental, emotional, physical, and social well‑being. High level wellness helps people stay steady under pressure. Understanding these inter-related elements helps build sustainable motivation. They teach us when to push ahead and when to take rest.
I bring over 30 years of experience across sectors and management roles, including manufacturing, economic development, design, arts and culture, and organisational development. This breadth of insight means I understand the real practical challenges workplaces face and how culture, people, and context shape wellbeing.


Alongside this lived experience, I pursued an MSc in Mindfulness at the University of Aberdeen, where my research explored Mindfulness & Compassion leadership in business coaching for wellness and resilience. I am an ILM Level 7-qualified Executive Coach & Mentor, a HeartMath-certified coach, and a Mindful Self-Compassion teacher. Every elementas a programme is therefore academically grounded, research-informed, and tested in practice, giving you approaches that are both evidence-based and deeply human.
