NEW Wellness Coaching – Taste, Transition or Transform?
NEW elementas “wellbeing coaching” offers 1:1 health focused sessions designed to help individuals. A fabulous chance to focus on improving your health and wellbeing admidst our busy world.
You will become more aware of principles and ideas to help bring about more balance, energy, happiness and completeness to your daily life. You will learn how to tap into your higher creativity to help bring your dreams and goals into your daily life. Healing past hurts. Packages will be available from 1 June 2017.
There are three options; elementas Taster, Transition and Transform Packages . Your choice will depend on your personal needs, where you are in your life and the level of support you are looking for.
Sessions – The initial session is 90 minutes for mapping your intentions and goal setting. Subsequent sessions will be 75 minutes long. Packages ranging from 1 to 6 months depending on what you need.
Bespoke and Personalised
The 1, 3 and 6 month options are designed to support you to achieve those goals. Those goals that you know will make the difference to living more of the life you love.

elementas wellness coaching packages are designed to empower and enable you with the skills knowledge and wisdom you need improve your wellness. Sessions are crafted after years of listening to what people experience (both personal and business), seeing where they need help and and then studying and working with experienced practitioners on my own journey to find out what really works practically first hand.
Is it Time to Reveal your True Colours?
These fabulous 1:1’s take place in a confidential, relaxing space. They are designed to energise you and support your journey to get closer to the place you want to be. Coaching (for the mind and emotions) helps us get there quicker. Other tools and techniques including energy work with our physical body including breath work to help with our actual (or perceived) blocks (mental, emotional and physical).
Mindfulness approaches and mentoring can help us focus our intention, calm the storm ( rest and restore part of our mind) as well as opportunity develop more self-trust, confidence in our intuition, so we can make better choices. You know the choices…the ones that help us flourish naturally.
