I was lucky enough to get a place on “Steps on the Wheel” an very special European Funded Training in Romania this summer w I learnt about eco-centric approaches to counter the ego-centric world we live in.

I found new ways to teach and learn that I will integrate with my coaching/mentoring and wellness training. I met, connected with and learnt from inspiring trainers and teachers from all over Europe. We sang, we drummed, we danced, faced our vulnerabilities, we were challenged and we laughed and played. I  experienced some amazing days which are up there with some of the best days of my life.

I learn about ways to connect with nature and loved teaching and sharing Tai Chi and “Healing Sounds” and “Elements” Chi Kung with Youth Workers in the Romanian Mountains. July 16. I have been asked (a personal challenge for me!) to do a video so the trainers and youth workers from across Europe can share with young people. Watch this space!
